Will I need to print a label to use this service?
Unfortunately, you would require printed labels to use the service with InPost Direct.
A printed label is required for InPost Direct's Door to Door service.
Locker and Shop services are more flexible - labels are optional. Lockers offer a labelless option, so you don't need to print anything in advance. For the Shop service, if you don't have access to a printer at home, you can simply print your label when you drop your parcel off in store.
