When will my parcel be collected?

Your parcel will be collected from your location between 7 AM - 9 PM, and we deliver to any postcode in mainland UK.

What if I won't be available for the collection?

If you're unable to be there for your collection, you have several options:

  • Edit your address: If you need to update your collection address, you can do so by clicking here.
  • Rebook your collection: If you’d like to reschedule your collection, you can rebook it here.
  • Drop off your parcel: You can take your parcel to the nearest InPost Drop Off location. Find your nearest locker or shop using our drop off locator.

If your parcel was sent through Vinted or by a retailer via InPost, and you need to update your collection details, click here for further assistance.
