InPost Direct Reward scheme – the more you send, the more you save.

At InPost Direct, we like to say thanks to our loyal customers, which is why we have created our rewards scheme, meaning the more parcels you send through InPost Direct, the more you can save.

We have three tiers within our rewards scheme; Bronze, Silver and Gold. Depending on how much you spend with us each month, you can decrease the price of every parcel sent with us by either 5%, 7.5% or 10%.

Want to take advantage of the InPost Direct reward scheme? We've made it easy for you. Simply book your deliveries and send them via InPost Direct. We will calculate when you reach a new tier and automatically reduce the prices of the parcels you send. At the beginning of each month, we will email you to let you know if you’ve qualified and which tier you’re in based on your last month’s spend, so that you can take advantage of your discounted rates to send through InPost Direct.

How the InPost Direct rewards scheme works:

  • BRONZE - Spend up to £150 in any calendar month, and we'll automatically discount 5% from your parcel base price on every order placed in the next month.
  • SILVER - Spend up to £300 in any calendar month, and we'll automatically discount 7.5% from your parcel base price on every order placed in the next month.
  • GOLD - Spend up to £450 in any calendar month, and we'll automatically discount 10% from your parcel base price on every order placed in the next month.

When you register for a InPost Direct account, you’re automatically provided with access to a PrePay account.

InPost Direct Rewards Top Tips

  • Make sure you’re logged in before placing your orders to ensure that your spend is calculated correctly. If you don't have an account yet, register here.
  • Use the same InPost Direct account each time you book
  • All discounts will be automatically applied at checkout to the base price
  • Reward discount only applies to labels booked on the InPost Direct website
  • Spend is calculated based off your total spend with InPost Direct that month
